Produces hot-rolled and cold-rolled metal electric welded pipes. Also has a capability to produce galvanized steel pipes with subsequent zinc plating on the weld. The welding mill is equipped with an automatic pipe packaging unit

Produces hot-rolled and cold-rolled metal electric welded pipes. Also has a capability to produce galvanized steel pipes. The welding mill is equipped with an automatic pipe packaging unit

Weld quality control

All the tubes in production are constantly under total quality control of the weld in mill line with the eddy current method of nondestructive testing.

Automatic slitting line for coiled steel

The automatic slitting line for coiled steel ALPR 1600х4,0 is designed for cutting rolled sheet metal into strips pipe products are produced of.

Site of organization equipment

The site produces different metal constructions – fence sections, pavilions, awnings, ritual goods and other (including non-standard) products according to customers drawings. The site has mastered the technology of producing forged products and the products with forged elements, and new modern equipment has been put into operation.

Press and forging department

All workpiece for shovels is cut down at an automated cutting complex which combines unwinding of the metal roll and cutting down the shovel workpiece, that allowed to achieve high quality production. Heat treatment of shovels is performed on a modern quenching line.

Mechanical repair site

The goals of the mechanical repair site:
- timely production of a sufficient number of replacement parts and unitsfor uninterrupted operation of the equipment of the plant;
- production of non-standard units and components;
- production and repair of roll equipment;
- production and repair of dies and molds.

Warehouse complex

All raw materials for production, and also products manufactured by Bor Tube Factory, are storaged in ventilated closed storage areas that exclude possibility of precipitation falling on the products. Delivery of production to consumers is made by the closed motor transport, and we can also deliver by railway.
